Step 2: Online Portal Preferences

This Preferences Menu holds the basic settings for ALL online features in myStratus:   InspiredByYou, Online Booking, Web Forms, and Client Referrals . If you already use our Online Booking, Web Forms, or Client Referral Program tools, this menu will already be mostly set up.

  • Maintenance > Preferences > Online Portal Preferences

    Here's what's on the 
    General tab:
    (Target)
    This the link you give clients - it can't be changed.

     

       

    Select how your clients will log into InspiredByYou by using the drop down arrows.  Set both the options the same or different. You can automatically give all Clients a login, which will be useful if you plan to utilize  Web Forms or Online Booking.




    Make any corrections to your address here as well as setting your website.




    Images Tab

    The Logo you setup in Company Preferences will automatically be inserted here.




     In most cases, no change is necessary for the Logo.  Be sure the Logo is 250 pixels wide by 125 pixels tall.




    The Background Image is the image your Clients will see when they are logging into InspiredByYou.  In the screenshot above, you can see a customized Background Image, below is the generic one.  Be sure if you customize your image that its dimensions are 2000 pixels wide by 1500 pixels tall.

    Help Tab

    This is where you can give your clients information on how to get help when using InspiredByYou, either by calling or emailing you. Provide your Phone Number and Email Address.




    If you want to offer Chat support to help clients when using InspiredBYYou, you can integrate with Provide Support®.  They will provide you with a Graphic Button Code and the link to your special Provide Support Link for clients to use.




    Here's what the Chat icon might look like, found in the bottom, right corner on every page of the client's InspiredByYou account:




    If you want to create your own customized help screen, add HTML by importing it or copying and pasting it into the Custom Help Page.

    Customization Tab

    This tab allows you to customize your InspiredByYou web site to match the color scheme with your existing web site.  This one screen will drive the colors for the Shopping Cart, Payment screen, and Online Booking Pages.  We suggest you play around with them to get the desired look.  Remember, you can view a sample of your website before it's officially live! Find the link to the sample in Maintenance > Preferences > InspiredByYou.com Preferences on the New InspiredByYou.com tab, the link above the button "Upgrade now to the new InspiredByYou.com".
