The default view is for the logged in user, but you can change the selection
by using the search box. Click the down arrow next to Search
By and select the type of criteria you want to use in your search.
Then type the specific criteria in the search box(es) that appear below
the criteria you selected and press Enter.
You may also select which messages are displayed by using the Inbox,
Sent Items, and/or Unlinked
options in the Search group on
the ribbon. Double-click a record to open that message.
