Printing a Client List

There are two ways to print a client list. You can use the Client List Report or you can print using the Export to Excel option on the hub. Use the Export to Excel option if you need more options than those available on the Client List ReportSee also: Client Lists and Labels 

Printing Client Lists

  1. Go to Reports > Lists and Labels > Client List and Labels.

  1. Select the Type > Client List.    

  2. Then select the Criteria based on a filter, client group, or marketing plan.

  3. If you're printing a client list, type in or modify the Report Header Description.

  4. If you are printing a client list using a "Client with Family Members" type of filter, you can choose whether to display the main contact client name or the name of a family member.  For more information about creating various types of filters (i.e., "Client with Family Members"), refer to Using the Filter Builder.

  5. Then click Preview Report to see a preview.

  6. You can print the report or export it.

Export to Excel

Follow these steps to export a file to Excel and print from Excel:

  1. Go to the Clients hub.

  2. Use the Search tool on the ribbon to find the clients you want to print. See also: Clients Hub

  3. Click Export to Excel on the ribbon.                                                          

  4. Download and open the exported Excel file.

  5. Choose File > Print within Excel to print your list.
