Time Sheet

    
NOTE: This feature is available in the Standard, Professional, and Enterprise versions of both Spectra and myStratus Desktop.

The Time Sheet produces a time clock report and total time for a date range. Go to Reports > Time Sheet Reports Note: You must set the proper permissions in Security Groups to view another employee's time sheet or to select the All Employees option. The Detail report type will also only be available to users with appropriate security permissions.



  • Criteria - Select the date range to run the report.
  • Report Type - Choose between running the Standard or Detailed report. Standard shows basic information (i.e. Date, Time, Total TIme, Comments, etc.), and the Detailed report shows a more in-depth version of the time sheet-it includes the same information as the Standard report as well as whether or not an entry was modified and who made the modification and myStratus users can see which app an employee clocked in/out in.
  • User Selection - Select the employee(s) you wish to view. Check the appropriate box if you want to Include Inactive Users.
  • Options - Check the appropriate box if you want a page break between each user on the Time Sheet Report. By checking the New Spreadsheet for every user on Excel export box, you can give each user their own spreadsheet, if choosing to export this report to Excel.
