Deleting an Event

Use one of the following options to delete a session or appointment:

Deleting an Appointment or Session from Calendar 

Find the appointment or session on the calendar and do one of the following:
  • Click Delete on the ribbon and confirm the deletion. 

  • Or, double-click to open the session or appointment first and then click Delete Session or Delete Appointment on the ribbon.

Deleting a Session from the Sessions Hub

Highlight the session on the Sessions hub and do one of the following:

  • Click Delete on the ribbon and confirm the deletion. 

  • Or, double-click to open the session first (to make sure you've got the right one!) and then click Delete Session on the ribbon.

Deleting an Appointment or Session from a Client

  1. Open the client record.

  2. Open the Sessions or Appointments tab.

  3. Double-click to open the session or appointment.

  4. Click Delete Session or Delete Appointment on the ribbon.
