Send an email to our Technical Support department detailing the bug you found. Please provide exact steps for them to try and recreate the issue.

Open a live chat session with one of our technical support or customer service representatives. StudioPlus support hours* are:
  • Sunday:  5:00 pm - 9:00 pm
  • Monday - Thursday:  8:30 am - 9:00 pm
  • Friday:  8:30 am - 7:00 pm

Request Remote Assistance
Go the Remote Assistance page on our website to enable a technical support person to remotely access your computer. Use this feature only at the request of a StudioPlus support representative.
View Logged in Users
View all users that are currently logged into your Stratus website. There is an option to manually log out another user.
