Marking a Call Complete
Once a call has been completed, you can mark it accordingly. This allows everyone to know the call has been handled and will remove it from the Calls hub.
There are two ways to mark a call as complete:
Open the call and click Mark Complete on the phone call ribbon. This will automatically enter today's date in the Complete Date field. Click Save & Close when done.
Open the call and enter the date in the Complete Date field using the calendar icon to the right of the field. Click Save & Close when done.
