Phone Number Labels
When you add phone numbers to a client in Stratus, you can choose from a list of possible phone number labels for each number (pictured below). That list of phone number labels can be customized by adding more labels or modifying the existing ones. Note: Changing the list of phone number labels will only affect those clients create AFTER the change is made. Phone number labels that have been selected on existing client records will not be affected.
Go to Maintenance > Client > Phone Number Labels to open your list of phone call labels.
The following editing options are available, either on the ribbon or directly in the grid:
Add a Label - Click New on
the ribbon, or type directly into the first line of the grid. If you
want to add a phone number label at a specific spot in the list, use the Insert tool.
Modify a Label - Double-click the phone number label and then edit the description.
Delete a Label - Highlight the phone number label and click Delete on the ribbon.
Change the Order - Highlight a phone number label and use the Move Up and Move Down tools on the ribbon.
Make a Label Inactive - Check the Inactive box to hide a phone number label you are no longer using (but may not want to delete).
You may also want to:
Hide Inactive Labels - Click Hide Inactive on the ribbon to hide (or reveal) any inactive phone number labels.
Print the List - Click Print on the ribbon to generate a printed report of your phone number labels.
Export the List to Excel - Click Export to Excel to export an Excel file that you can download.
Close the list when finished.
