Resetting a Client Password

 NOTE: This feature requires the StandardProfessional, or Enterprise version of myStratus Web.

If a client has forgotten their InSpired login information, follow these steps to reset their username and password back to the default settings. See also: Changing the Default Client Login
  1. Open the client's record in Stratus.

  2. Go to the Online tab of the ribbon and click Reset Login.

  3. The client's login is reset to the default settings, typically the client's email address and their last name.

  4. Open the Online detail tab to check the actual username and password that has been assigned.

  5. Save and close the client when finished.
