Setting up Outside Locations

This topic will help you learn about creating and using your outside locations.

Creating Outside Locations

Follow these steps to create your outside locations:

  1. Go to Maintenance > Session > Outside Locations.

  2. Click New to create a new location, or double-click an existing location to modify it.

  3. In the form that opens, enter the Location Name, Address, and Phone Number for the outside location.

Using Outside Locations

Follow these steps to use your outside locations when booking appointments and sessions:

  1. Open an appointment or session.

  2. Select "Outside Location" from the Camera Room drop-down list.

  3. Choose a location you created (above) from the Outside Location drop-down list that just appeared. Stratus will automatically fill in the rest of the information for the location.
