Your Stratus Company Preferences is home to most of your studio-wide settings. Here you can change things like hours of operation, sales tax method, report headers, credit card settings, and studio-wide email settings. Click on each tab below to find out more.
Default Length - Set up the default number of minutes for new appointments. Length can be changed when scheduling.
Default Color - Choose a default calendar color for new appointments. Color can be changed when scheduling.
Limit Type to List - Require users to select an existing appointment type from the list. Do not allow them to type in new appointment types during scheduling. See also: Using Appointment Types
Hide Notes Tab - Hide the Notes tab on the appointment record. See also: Appointment Reference
Default Location - Select a default location for new appointments. the location can be changed during scheduling.

Balance Due All Invoices - When printing an invoice, Stratus will include the total balance due on all the client's outstanding invoices.
Session Notes - Set the session notes to print on the invoice by default.
Invoice Notes - Set the invoice notes to print on the invoice by default.
Default Session Date to Blank - Check this option if you want the session date to be blank when a new session is created, forcing the user to manually enter the date.
Default Session Booked By to Blank - Use this option if you want the session "Booked By" field to be blank when a
new session is created, requiring the user to manually select a user from the list.
Never - Conflicting appointments or sessions will never be allowed.
Allow After Prompting - The user will be alerted to scheduling conflicts, but will be allowed to proceed.
Allow Always - Scheduling conflicts will be allowed without any notification to the user.
