How will StudioPlus clients and PhotoOne clients benefit?
The primary goal of this acquisition is to combine the resources and expertise of these two industry leading companies to better serve the photographic industry. By doubling our development resources and combining the best ideas of both companies, we look forward to releasing innovative enhancements and brand new products to you.

Who will lead this new venture?

Matthew Hunt, the founder and CEO of StudioPlus Software will remain CEO. Stuart MacFaddin, the current CEO of PhotoOne Software will become the new Vice-President of Online Solutions for StudioPlus Software.

How will this affect PhotoOne clients?
The current PhotoOne and P1Wired products will continue to be supported by StudioPlus. In fact, the great support team of PhotoOne, including Julie, Stacey, and Shane will continue to assist you with your support needs. For those of you that are currently paying for your software or support on a monthly basis, you will notice that your automatic payments will start to be processed by StudioPlus instead of PhotoOne within the next month. In addition, we will soon be offering an upgrade path with full data conversion for those of you interested in upgrading to StudioPlus.

Will my PhotoOne support agreement continue to be honored and who do I contact for support?

Yes, your current support agreement will continue to be honored by StudioPlus. For the time being, just continue to use the same phone number, email address, and other contact info to get your support.
