Maintenance Plans

When you purchase StudioPlus Spectra, you'll receive a one year maintenance plan. For Spectra Express users, the plan includes one year of free upgrades, as well as chat and email support. For Spectra Standard and Professional users, the maintenance plan also includes phone support.

Upon the completion of your first year, your maintenance plan will be automatically renewed, continuing your support and updates for another year. The maintenance plan fees are calculated based on the current retail price of your product. Sample fees are listed below.

Maintenance Plan Expiration

You will no longer be eligible for software upgrades or tech support if your maintenance plan expires and is not renewed! If you wish to receive tech support and your plan has expired, you will be charged $55 per 20 minutes of support. If you are interested in renewing your maintenance plan, please contact our sales department for a quote.
