Help Desk – Tier 1


Candidate will be responsible for providing phone support to clients that are using company provided software products. The candidate will also provide assistance, coordination, and follow up on reported issues and resolve problems related to systems, applications, hardware and software used by the client.


  • Execute the daily functions of a helpdesk
  • Troubleshoot and document reported software bugs
  • Testing of new service releases
  • Escalate issues to senior technicians


  • Associates Degree (preferably in Technology field)
  • Great customer service skills
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Significant hardware and software experience with PCs
  • Experience in professional photographic industry a plus
  • Evenings and weekends may be required
