StudioPlus is proud to announce the upcoming release of our redesigned website. A great enhancement of the new website will be the featuring of client photographs on the site’s new home page. We would like to invite you to submit your best photographs for possible use on the new site. Your name, studio name, and location will also be highlighted next to your image.

For every picture you submit, your name will be entered into a drawing for a free iPad2! Please submit your photographs by September 16th to Info@StudioPlusSoftware.com. The size of the photographs must be 708 x 420 at 72 DPI. A maximum of five images can be submitted per studio. All participants will be asked to provide a copyright release for use on the StudioPlus website.

Extended StudioPlus Support Hours

As StudioPlus Software continues to grow, so do our support hours! Our StudioPlus technical support staff now supports our growing client base, in the US and abroad, during extended support hours via phone, email, and live chat to any client using StudioPlus with a current maintenance plan.

Monday - Thursday: 8:00 AM - 9:00 PM
Friday: 8:30 AM - 7:00 PM
Sunday: 5:00 PM - 9:00 PM

PhotoOne Upgrade Success Story

Congratulations to Christy Lonegran of Happy Chick Photography in Kansas City, MO on her recent upgrade to StudioPlus Software from PhotoOne software. Christy had used PhotoOne for about 6 years. She is very pleased with her StudioPlus software. Christy finds it much more user friendly and was able to pick it up right away and not fumble around with creating clients, appts, etc.

Christy has provided a few things that she loves about StudioPlus:

  • Remote Support - They can log in and take over control to show you what to do or what is wrong.
  • Call Warning field - Something typed in this field glows red in the main client's screen.
  • Communications - The pending calls you entered show up as you need to take care of them.
  • Today's Snapshot - Shows you financially how much you brought in today, this week, this month, and this year at a glance as well as a comparison to last year.
  • Taking payments within the program so I can use StudioPlus to run my credit card - super easy!! (Christy is using the integrated payment processor, Merchant Warehouse.)
  • LOVES THE INVOICES! Much better and more professional looking.
  • Help section is awesome! You can find answers there!!
  • Support is wonderful as well.

Christy states that the conversion was super easy, didn't take long, and she was up and running in no time! Christy does provide a word of advice for any other clients converting from PhotoOne to StudioPlus:

"Read the email that Stephanie sends you before conversion! Make sure you create your sessions, and then create invoices for those sessions! (That was my biggest mistake that was caught early enough to fix.)"

Overall, Christy is glad she made the conversion to StudioPlus.
