Annual Maintenance Plans (AMP) |

When you purchase StudioPlus, you'll receive an Annual Maintenance Plan (AMP). For StudioPlus Express users the AMP includes one year
of free upgrades and free e-mail support. For StudioPlus Standard and Professional users, the AMP also includes phone support.
Upon the completion of your first year, you'll have the
option to renew your AMP, which entitles you to continue to receive regular updates and support for another year.
The AMP fees are calculated based on the current retail price of your product. Sample fees are listed below.

Your AMP expiration date is one year from the date that you purchased StudioPlus.
If your AMP has expired you will not be eligible for software upgrades or support. Software upgrades may be offered when new versions are announced for an upgrade fee. If you wish to receive support there will be a $55 fee, per incident or per 20 minute phone call. This fee cannot be applied to future upgrades or AMP renewals.
