Can StudioPlus run on a network?

Yes, all versions of StudioPlus Software can run on a network, no matter how many user licenses you purchase.   However the number of user licenses you purchase will dictate how many workstations can be running StudioPlus at one time.  No dedicated server is required, just a shared folder is necessary.

How does StudioPlus link with QuickBooks?

Using StudioPlus you'll create all of your customers, invoices, deposits, and payments.  Then StudioPlus gives you the option to export your daily deposits and sales into QuickBooks, allowing you to track all of your accounts receivables and sales tax reports from StudioPlus and then utilize all of the accounting features of QuickBooks without any double entry. Can I authorize credit card purchases through StudioPlus?

Yes, StudioPlus is fully integrated with ECHO credit card merchant.  However, you may need to change your credit card processing to ECHO. Click Here for more information on ECHO.  If you do not wish to change merchants, StudioPlus is fully integrated with IC Verify online credit card authorization software.  Once you've installed the IC Verify software, you can authorize credit cards from any computer using StudioPlus with just the click of a button. What are the system requirements for running StudioPlus?

StudioPlus will run best on a Microsoft XP Pro or Vista Operating System with at least 512 megabytes of RAM, a Pentium 3 processor and 120 megabytes of free space on your hard drive.  If you have a dedicated server storing your StudioPlus data files, we recommend using a Windows 2003 Server Operating System. If you are running StudioPlus on a network we DO NOT recommend using a Windows ME or XP Home Operating System on any of your workstations.  Windows 2000 and Windows Server 2000 will require additional .Net Framework updates from Microsoft to run StudioPlus.

Can I run StudioPlus on a Mac?

Yes you can.  While StudioPlus is designed for the Windows Operating System, thanks to Mac OS X and Microsoft Terminal Services you can run StudioPlus on your Mac network.  Click here for more information on running StudioPlus on your Mac network.

Will StudioPlus synchronize with my handheld PDA?

StudioPlus will synchronize with a Handheld device running the Palm Operating System and synching with your computer through HotSync 6.0.1 or higher.   StudioPlus will also synchronize with a PocketPC handheld running a Windows Operating System and synching through Microsoft Outlook to your computer.   If your handheld synchronizes with Outlook, you can probably synchronize through StudioPlus’s PocketPC synch.   Click on this link for more information.

What's an AMP?

An AMP is an Annual Maintenance Plan, which includes one year of upgrades, e-mail support, and phone support. Your purchase includes the AMP for the first year, and then you'll have the option to renew your AMP, which entitles you to continue to receive regular updates and support for another year. The AMP fees are calculated based on the current retail price of your product. AMP fees can also be paid monthly. .
