Digital Workflow: InSpiredByYou.com (Part 2)


Easily maintain your online settings and look up web orders, right from the same software you use to run your studio.

 

Outline: InspiredByYou.com (Part 2)

  1. Synchronioze your settings
    1. Tools > Synchronize InspiredByYou.com
      1. New or changed items selected by default
      2. Check additional items you wnat to sync
      3. Start sync
    2. Run test
  2. Uploading sessions
    1. Advance session status - "Upload Images to Web" and click upload images to web
    2. OR open session and go to Action > Upload Images
      1. In session uploader, select images
      2. Under "Online Groups" select image groups you'd like visible online
      3. Under session information set or change defaults for: username and password, number of days active, and price list
  3. Downloading Orders
    1. Tools > Synchronize InspiredByYou.com
      1. "Download Orders" and " Download yearbook selection" checked
      2. Start sync
    2. Under invoice browse screen view download orders
      1. Open each order to verify it
      2. Process payment
    3. Send invoice inot prodcution and advance the invoice status
  4. Managing your activity
    1. Home page panel for InspiredByYou.com
      1. Add company shortcuts to your InspiredByYou.com login page
      2. Reset online login from client file menu
      3. Extend or modify the web expire date
      4. Customize session and invoice screens
      5. Create form letters and email customers
      6. Session and invoice status trigger to email
      7. Invoice filter for today's orders
